Join our growing Atlanta-based team at Hire Ventures, a boutique human resource consulting firm. We are seeking a creative and driven individual to amplify our brand and share our story with potential clients. This role will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, working closely with the CEO and leveraging expertise to tell our story.

This is a hybrid role, working primarily on-site from our office at the Atlanta Tech Village Buckhead location.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on our marketing and sales enablement/client success strategy with a focus on elevating our corporate and employer brand.  This includes creating and leveraging content and thought leadership to attract and nurture contacts and potential clients.
  • Generate engaging social posts, blog posts, case studies, landing pages and LinkedIn articles to attract potential clients and tell our story. Manage content to drive traffic and generate new leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Buffer and Hubspot.
  • Create and update slide decks for sales, client kick-offs, training, company presentations, and company meetings.  
  • Leverage the opportunity to use positive client feedback, reviews and testimonials in marketing campaigns and on the website.
  • Gather client stories, feedback, testimonials, or referrals to share and expand our brand. Craft and publish case studies, blogs and social content to highlight engagement success, generate interest and leads and promote the business.
  • Design promotional materials and swag to support our team, build our culture and brand and show client appreciation. This may also include swag for sponsored events, employee and referral partner recognition.
  • Oversee the functionality of the Hire Ventures wordpress website, including SEO, hubspot integration, woo commerce, content updates, blog, e-commerce management, and promotions.
  • Create and post B2B content with a focus on thought leadership to increase follower engagement and brand visibility. Bring innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance marketing efforts and brand awareness. Update and promote the Hire Ventures Culture Calendar and other lead-generation resources.
  • Utilize tools like Canva, Buffer, Loom, Hubspot, Google, Microsoft office and WordPress for various marketing activities.  Slack, Trello, Trainual and other internal tools for collaboration and execution on the above.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a related industry - must have relevant B2B experience.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn, Hubspot, WordPress, Google Workspace, Powerpoint and Canva and the latest SEO best practices preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication, have a high degree of personal and professional accountability, and good interpersonal skills (be easy to work with!) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
